I suffered from terrible insomnia during 10 years. I made a scan and found out first reason was the bad condition of my gastro-intestinal tract which was afflicted with fungi, candida and parasites. Before the Temple of Wellness I went to many different doctors both MDs and naturopaths. When I was visiting other naturopaths I was taking a whole bag of supplements but it was in vain since they only addressed the symptom of sleeplessness and not the underlying cause which was in my intestines. After the test Dr. Vilner advised to do a series of colon hydrotherapy treatments which I did in her office. After first colonic I felt weak but Dr. Vilner explained that it was due to a cleansing reaction and I had a spastic colon. Natalya decided to give me enema with a mixture of magnesium and buckhorn oil before the colonic. After 30 minutes I repeated the colonic again and this time it went very smooth and I did not have any discomfort. Then I was put on a 14 days detox juicing, a series of colonics, ionic cleanse, and electromagnetic generators and herbs to kill infections. Before I came to Natalya Vilner I could sleep not more than 1-2 hours a day. After 3 days of Natalya’s treatments I started to have four uninterrupted hours of deep and tranquil sleep. Several years ago I was diagnosed with extremely low thyroid function, and I was put on medication for Thyroid gland. When I got to the Temple of Wellness center I had so many problems that I did not know where to start from.
